Welcome to DHR STUDIO ! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our studio rental services, including access to space, equipment, and facilities provided by DHR STUDIO. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking and Payment
* All bookings must be made through our website.
* Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
* Bookings are on an hourly basis, and overtime charges will apply if usage exceeds the booked time.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
* More than 5 days before booking: 100% refund.
* 3–5 days before booking: 50% refund.
* 48 hours or less: No refunds.
* No-shows or failure to notify us will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
* Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Use of Studio and Equipment
* You are responsible for all equipment used during your booking.
* Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
* Any damage, loss, or theft will be assessed and charged to the renter.
* Studio must be left clean and tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in poor condition.
* No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous activities are permitted.
4. Conduct and Supervision
* The person making the booking must be present during the entire rental period.
* You may bring a team or clients, but you are responsible for their behavior and safety.
* We reserve the right to remove anyone acting inappropriately or violating our rules without a refund.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
* Please arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
* Setup and teardown must be included in your booked time.
* Overtime of more than 10 minutes will be billed as a full additional hour.
6. Liability and Insurance
* We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property during your rental.
* You agree to use the studio and equipment at your own risk.
* To prevent injuries, we recommend requesting assistance whenever needed.
7. Photo & Video Consent (Optional Clause)
If applicable, we may request to share behind-the-scenes content (with permission) on our social platforms. You can opt out at any time.
8. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services or policies at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
9. Weather-Related Cancellations
* If severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, floods, government-declared emergencies) make it unsafe or impossible to attend your session, we may allow rescheduling or issue a refund at our discretion.
* You must notify us at least 3 hours before your booking to be eligible for rescheduling or a refund due to weather.
* Proof of local weather impact (e.g., news alert, weather report, travel disruption) may be required.
* We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a weather-related emergency.
